Incentives and Benefits
We believe in rewarding for performance
Attendance is required – most positions in the production areas receive supplemental pay for perfect attendance. In some positions incentives for meeting and exceeding production standards are paid to those who are willing to put forth the effort. Fellow team members in this group typically will not welcome those who do not try but will make every effort to help anyone who tries to help themselves!
Safety is required – injuries and damage to personnel or equipment affect our rewards and the company’s success.
We offer a competitive benefit package. Benefits Include: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short and Long Term Disability, Supplemental Insurance and a 401k plan that adds to your contributions through company profit sharing.
